New translators often do not split a line frequently enough

which is bad for later syncing

Please split lines appropriately by meaning and length

As for capitalization
至于大小写的话

if it is clearly one sentence spanning across several lines
如果可以确定是一个跨越多行的完整句

then only capitalize the first letter of the beginning of the sentence
那么只需要把该句首字母大写

note that if several segments connect together
如果一句话有多个意思有关联的片段话

you should NEVER capitalize more than one segment
你绝对不能大写超过两个片段

But do we always speak in full sentences?
但我们每次都会说整句么?

Sometimes we don’t

In that case the choice is more arbitrary

The problem with extremely long sentences that

– aside from some weird, nerd-only technical jargons

sometimes comes from poorly constructed sentences themselves.
